Guess what?today we are going to focus on sentences 😊

A sentence is a group of words which expresses a complete thought.

Rules:A sentence begins with a capital and ends with a full stop,a question mark or an exclamation mark,depending on the nature and meaning of the sentence. 

Examples:The boy plays. -Who plays? -He plays. 

There are four types of sentences in English:

a)statements 

These supply information.
Simson is going to school. 

B)Questions

These ask for information. 
Where is simson going?

C) Exclamations

These express emotions such as surprise ,fear,alarm or anger. 

It's a ghost!
This work is unacceptable!

D)commands 

These are used to give orders or instructions 
Don't enter through that door. 
Leave the room immediately!
